Reengineered the SBA Office of Disaster Assistance's federal disaster loan program, developing process maps and frameworks that streamlined relief delivery. The resulting infrastructure was deployed at scale during COVID-19 to support EIDL distribution to millions of Americans.
Capital Improvement Program — $1.5B IDIQ Business Process & Training
Served as Business Process Lead and Training Specialist for WMATA's $1.5B IDIQ Capital Improvement Program, providing owner's representation and leading small business utilization compliance across the PMO, Procurement, and Project Controls teams. Citywide LED Streetlight Conversion — Washington, DC
Supported DC's citywide upgrade of all street lights to LED technology, performing installation, retrofitting, fixture replacement, and pole tagging across city roadways. OSHA 30-certified crews operated bucket trucks up to 125 feet with full MOT compliance throughout all work zones.
Tree Trimming & Removal Around Light Poles — DC LED Conversion Program
Performed tree trimming and removal around light poles across Washington, DC as part of the citywide LED streetlight conversion program. Work was completed with certified flaggers and full MOT compliance along active roadway and sidewalk corridors.
Gateway Sign Installation — Springfield Pedestrian Bridge
Installed the flagship gateway sign spanning the pedestrian bridge at the Springfield Commuter Parking Garage as part of Fairfax County's Springfield Branding Project — a community-driven initiative to enhance the visibility of Springfield as a destination for residents and businesses.
